I was worried the blue would look flat, but the contrasting twill stripes actually give the fabric a lot of depth. They block out most of the morning sun, and the linen-cotton blend has a nice, heavy drape that feels way more substantial than my old cheap ones.

The jacquard weave gives these curtains a heavier, more tailored drape than I expected from a linen-cotton blend. The room is properly dark by mid-morning, and the twill stripes add just enough texture to keep the window from looking flat.

The fabric feels heavier than most curtains I've owned, and that jacquard weave really does block out the afternoon sun completely. The twill stripes give the room a tailored look without being too formal, and it hangs nicely right out of the package.
